Responsibilities
As a Renewal Representative, you will be responsible for contacting and building relationships with existing customers to secure a license/product renewal. Responsible for providing sales forecasts, obtaining quotes, performing customer research online and updating/maintaining records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Join our dynamic team in Budapest! This is a full-time, permanent hybrid position, offering the perfect balance of three days in the office and two days working from home.
What you will be doing:
- Achieve quota by ensuring license/product renewal accuracy and cross functional entitlement for customer support.
- Provide product renewal date and pricing details to the customer in advance to ensure timely renewal.
- Work within an established territory within the EMEA region with both customer and partners.
- Analyze customer feedback to capture customer product expectations, experience, satisfaction and abandonment propensity in the CRM system.
- Build and maintains a positive relationship with customers and internal teams.
- Work with other teams such as Sales Operations to ensure customer requirements are met.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of a CRM system
- Ability to learn and apply strong product knowledge.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English – both verbally and in writing.
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
