Responsibilities
- Monitoring the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and secure transport of cargo
- Plan and coordinate the delivery of goods
- Serve the primary point of contact to customers
- Plan, organize and control the transport activity
- Taking over the tracking and execution of international transport orders, complete trucks (LTL / FTL)
- Ensure the flow of information to and from drivers
- Ensure cost reductions / negotiating with carriers
- Organize transport in the best conditions with respecting the quality, deadlines and standards required by the company
Requirements
- A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field will consider a plus
- Proven experience in Road Freight Operations, logistics or similar role
- Advanced business writing and oral skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
