- Ensure accurate and timely entry of sales data into CRM system (Pipedrive) to maintain up-to-date records.
- Manage sales pipelines, including tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through various stages.
- Generate and analyze reports on sales performance, including key metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and sales forecasts.
- Provide insights and recommendations for the management based on datanalysis.
- Collaborate with the presales team to coordinate sales activities, such as meetings, presentations, and client communications.
- Prepare sales materials, proposals, contracts and orders.
- Serve as a point of contact for sales-related inquiries on the customer side and also on the supplier side.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing and operations, to implement process improvements.
