Responsibilities
- Grow the brands. Collaborate with our international team to build and execute a real growth strategy.
- Own the region. Supervise and drive sales activities across Hungary and the Balkans.
- Be the expert. Run presentations and technical training for our retail partners and athletes.
- Spot trends. Monitor the market and competition. You will look beyond sports and analyze trends in lifestyle and fashion to keep our brands ahead.
- Connect. Work with top influencers and professional athletes to strengthen our presence.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a sales role. Experience with sports, outdoor, or lifestyle gear is exactly what we need.
- Communication skills. You can talk to anyone and write clearly in native Hungarian and solid English (B2).
- Sharp organization. You know how to set priorities and manage multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
- Tech basics. You are comfortable with MS Office. Experience with Canva.
- Driving license. You will hit the road and travel across the region.
- Passion. You actually love sports and the outdoors. It is the core of our culture.
