Responsibilities
Together with seven colleagues of the Sales Support Team, you contribute to Support the Commercial Team efficiently in key aspects of the account relationship in the respect of the Commercial policy, with a contracting measurement expertise.
By working intensively with the countries of the Alps, Balkan and Central Europe (ACE) region, you win the hearts and minds for business to trade (B2T) services. For this position, the expertise focus is on:
- Ensuring relationships with various teams in commercial organization by providing support, information, and guidance.
- In all activities, ensure and control alignment with the various head office and ACE policies and guidelines.
- Calculate, update, and follow up trade contracts according to head office and ACE Trade policy in cooperation with Head Office Team and Country Sales Team .
- Responsible to provide accurate data, forecast and analysis according to needs of commercial team.
Requirements
To start with, you have a strong affinity with numbers, and sales contract preparation. You are able to challenge your colleagues for the better and to strictly follow the trade guidelines. You have the ability to communicate with different nationalities. Furthermore, you are able to educate yourself, develop targets and manage deadlines. You are capable to bring your expertise to the business in a hands on and pragmatic manner.
Our ideal candidate would have the following experience, skills, and competencies:
- Previous experience in Sales and Business Analysis in a multinational environment, preferably in the airline/travel business.
- MI-BI applications: SAP Business Objects, Qlikview, Spotfire
- Sales tools used in the airline industry (for example: BSP link, Amadeus, etc.)
- High-level computer knowledge (MS Office programs, Visio, etc.)
- Fluent English

Where do you land?
You will be joining a purpose-driven Air France KLM team with a large internal and external network in an international playing field. In this role, you will be collaborating with a variety of departments and have the opportunity to learn from colleagues with different backgrounds. Our workplace is located in Budapest at East-West Business Center (Astoria), but we also do work from home.
