About Us: Hi there, we are Liberty productions,
a leading European classical music concert organizer. Known for producing classical shows with repertoire composed by renowned artists in prestigious venues across cities of Barcelona, Brussels, Amsterdam and Prague.
Role overview:
The Sales & Venue Coordinator is responsible for proactively driving ticket sales onsite, managing a team of promoters, and ensuring the smooth execution of Classic Gala events. Acting as the primary contact at the venue, this hands-on role combines sales, team leadership and event oversight to deliver an exceptional experience for audiences from across the World and locals alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively sell tickets in person at the venue – church: Budapest, Szervita tér 6
- Hire and manage the team of promoters by organizing their work schedules, resolving their payments, and overseeing their performance – active control and improvements.
- Act as the main point of contact onsite for Classic Gala events and staff; communicate directly with Liberty Production management.
- Ensure that the show runs on time.
- Communicate with the orchestra regarding payroll and schedule management.
- Represent the company in dealings with the venue management.
- Oversee the inventory of print materials.
- Maintain box office and branding at the venue.
- Create reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in Hungarian and English (required; additional languages are welcomed)
- Pro-active communication and sales skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Attention to detail in managing inventory, payroll and administrative tasks.
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative and solve problems on the spot.
- Experienced in team management, including hiring, scheduling and performance oversight.
