Responsibilities
- Creating general overview of the entire system and contact persons.
- Evaluating and optimizing permissions per user/role in each system.
- Performing user consolidation, supported by tools if necessary.
- Comparing existing and required permissions
- Setting up and defining rules for the license management tool (e.g., Snow).
- General administration, documentation for licences and contracts
- Supporting sustainable license management, system integration, regular inventory of users and licences and contract management
Requirements
- A relevant degree in business informatics or IT or a related field
- Knowledge of SAP
- Experience in project management
- Expertise in optimizing permissions
- Good stress management skills
- Proficiency in English, German is nice to have
