Feladatok
- Order fulfilment process owner: oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, from when customer orders are placed to when the products are delivered to the customers
- Management of logistics partners network: drive cost-saving initiatives, benchmark 3PL and control costs
- Manage reverse logistics requests: coordinate pick-ups and restocking
- Inventory management (new and used): monitoring stock levels and optimise the stock level of used machines; participate in the annual stock counting process
- Contribute to the forecasting process
- Participation in sales bid processes (product availability, fulfilment aspects, delivery, and waste management costs)
- Internal partner for any supply chain-related issue: work with cross-functional teams to resolve supply issues and mitigate risks impacting customers; respond to requests from internal and external customers to expedite orders, correct errors, or investigate problems with transportation providers; contribute to roll-out planning
- Continuous development and optimisation of logistics processes
- Proactively identify potential escalations and facilitate early recovery action plans
- Participation in domestic and international projects
- Coordinate activities within the local supply chain team
Elvárások
- experience in supply chain (logistics, purchasing)
- University degree an advantage
- English language skills at a fluent level (German advantage)
- Knowledge of MS Office programs, confident in MS Excel (proficiency in Oracle an advantage)
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Precision in work, structured way of thinking
