Required Qualifications
- Degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent professional experience.

- Experience working with cloud ecosystems (e.g., Azure) and data-focused projects.
- Strong proficiency in Agile project management tools.
- Fluency in English and Italian (B2–C2).
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications: CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or similar.
- Experience with AI-driven delivery or project management tools.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and integration into Agile workflows.

- Leading Agile delivery for AI and Data initiatives built on modern cloud platforms.
- Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Managing project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies (e.g., India, Italy).
- Monitoring progress and preparing reports using Agile metrics and KPIs.
- Identifying project risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Promoting Agile maturity and continuous improvement within teams.
- Ensuring stakeholder alignment and clear communication across all project phases.
- Maintaining project documentation, knowledge repositories, and status reports.
- Supporting change management initiatives and Agile adoption efforts
