What do you need to succeed in this role?
- Degree in IT, business, or engineering.
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong, active English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent analytical thinking and systems mindset.

- In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements and turning them into clear functional specifications. You will work closely with development teams throughout the implementation to ensure that requirements are understood and delivered correctly. You will take part in testing activities and support user acceptance to make sure the final solution meets business needs. You will also manage changes during the project lifecycle and maintain continuous communication with clients and key stakeholders.
