Required Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English.
- BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years of C++ development in Windows or Linux environments, with a focus on object-oriented methodologies and delivering high-quality products.
- 5+ years of experience in the financial industry, preferably dealing with Fixed Income products.
- Proficiency in multi-threading, STL, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with database application development, particularly with SQL and relational databases.
- Knowledge of XML and FpML.
Beneficial Skills & Experience
- Experience with Straight-through processing (STP)
- Experience with FIX protocol-based applications
- Understanding of post-trade processes and clearing.
- Experience developing high-throughput, low-latency, and resilient software.
- Familiarity with Python.
- Familiarity with JavaScript.

Please note that the working hours must overlap with New York business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).
