Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic leader who is eager to grow and take on a pivotal role in our event planning department.
- Independent conception, planning, implementation, and follow-up of events for national and international clients.
- Project-related planning, commissioning, and management of external service providers and internal stakeholders.
- Main contact person on-site during the event for clients and our internal employees.
- Budget management, including event accounting.
- Creation and maintenance of evaluation documents.
- Creation and documentation of event-related materials (e.g., course sheets, program plans).
- Customer consulting (by phone, email) as well as scheduling and on-site inspections.
- Quality assurance of brand-appropriate event processes in all project phases.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in event management / business administration or a comparable and suitable qualification for this position.
- Several years of professional experience in organizing projects and events
- Team-oriented, proactive, and independent working style with a hands-on mentality.
- Is a very good negotiator and defends the interest of the company
- Structured, goal-oriented work approach and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility and resilience, as well as the ability to handle stressful situations confidently.
- Native Hungarian, very good knowledge of English, and proficient use of MS Office.
- Car driver’s license (Class B).
- Knowledge of Canva is an advantage.
- Willingness to work regular hours, potentially including evenings and weekends.
