Responsibilities
- Your daily tasks would be: Development (70%) Code Review (10%) Architectural Design (10%) Meetings (10%)
- Team Collaboration: Work closely and coordinate the 5-person development team, including senior and junior developers
- Planning & 1-on-1s: Participate in weekly operational 1-on-1s and planning sessions to track progress and align them with your team’s goals
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior and senior developers, helping them develop their skills
Requirements
- Fluent Hungarian, and intermediate English skills
- Typescript, Node.js backend stack
- Vue, React (or Angular) frontend stack
- NoSQL database knowledge (Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis)
Nice-to-have
- Experience in the SaaS or e-commerce industry
- Affinity for coordinating other developers, reviewing their code
- Interest or knowledge in DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud)
