A mi követelményeink
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer in IT;
- Comprehensive understanding and practical experience in all business analysis process development phases, including elicitation, decomposition, modeling, documentation, traceability, prioritization, and change management;
- Proven experience in effective backlog management;
- Significant experience with Agile methodologies;
- Strong communication skills;
- Level of English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and verbal);
- Strong technical background;
- System thinking and problem-solving skills.
Will be a plus
- Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards or similar Agile project management tools;
- Knowledge and practical application of elements within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe);
- Experience with ERP modules specific to healthcare inventory and supply chain management.

Napi feladatok
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather detailed healthcare-specific requirements.
- Translate complex hospital operational needs into structured documentation (Epics, Features, User Stories, technical stories, and spikes).
- Lead process mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Support stakeholders in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), proactively addressing identified gaps.
- Effectively manage incidents through identification, prioritization, documentation, and resolution to ensure minimal operational disruption.
- Apply elements of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including Agile Release Train (ART) practices, PI planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and adherence to agile methodologies.
