Extensive experience designing and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
Proven expertise in designing and managing complex cloud environments in at least one of GCP, AWS.
Demonstrated experience in architecting and managing hybrid cloud environments, including private cloud infrastructure.
Expert-level scripting skills in one or more of the following: Python, Go, Bash.
Deep, hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker, including designing and optimizing clusters for production workloads.
Mastery of Git and extensive experience in designing, optimizing, and managing complex CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD or similar.
In-depth knowledge and experience with monitoring, logging, and observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Experience in designing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Demonstrated ability in performance engineering, analysis, and optimization of production systems.
Proven experience in leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior team members.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a demonstrable ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
A strong Agile mindset and experience working in agile environments.
