Responsibilities
The Senior Logistics Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing logistics operations of Terre des hommes Foundation in Hungary. This role involves providing logistical support to the project teams and assisting the head of delegation in implementing security procedures. The main purpose of the position is to ensure the smooth execution of logistics activities.

Requirements
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
Certified educational background in logistics or a related field (or equivalent qualifications)
- 3-4 years of experience in a humanitarian and/or international context
- Significant previous experience with similar tasks, particularly in procurement
- Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English
- Solid MS Office
- Driving license “B”

Terre des hommes Foundation in Hungary which was established in 2006, provides support and advice to the other Tdh offices in Europe and plays a central role in leading the organisation’s regional projects, implemented in collaboration with a wide range of partners. In addition, from April 2022, we have also implemented an emergency response to help Ukrainian refugee children and families in Hungary.
