Responsibilities
Responsible for developing, optimizing, and standardizing production processes in blow moulding to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Core tasks include:
- Driving lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste, improve OEE, and shorten cycle times
- Leading projects to enhance productivity, including economic analysis and ROI tracking
- Identifying process inefficiencies and scrap root causes through data analysis and corrective actions with primary focus on scrap rate reduction
- Supporting commissioning of new moulds, equipment, and product introductions
- Defining and implementing machine settings, start-up protocols, and purging procedures
- Collaborating with production, quality, maintenance, and technical teams to ensure process stability
- Enhancing preventive maintenance systems (TPM) in coordination with engineering and maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement of QA processes
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience in Process development in plastic blow moulding environments
- English at communication level (able to report to HQ when needed)
