What You Bring
General Skills
- Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), Jira
- Minimum 3 years experience in enterprise IT environments with complex server infrastructures
- Comfortable working with standard business tools (e.g., Outlook, Excel)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management tools
Languages
- English: Proficient (C1 or higher) – Required
- German: Preferred
Technical Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell, and Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience building Flows and Apps to support operations
- Familiarity with M365 services, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, and Microsoft Admin Center

Napi feladatok
- Evaluate new Microsoft Power Platform services and features
- Design and implement architectural concepts for the Power Platform within the Deutsche Telekom environment
- Create detailed documentation (flowcharts, requirements, security concepts)
- Align new solutions with internal teams including Security, Data Protection, and Workers’ Council
- Collaborate with other Service Owners to integrate tools into our monitoring landscape
- Provide architectural guidance to internal business teams
- Document business applications in internal systems
- Serve as the go-to expert for all Power Platform-related topics
- Troubleshoot issues across Power Platform infrastructure, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
- Monitor Power Platform usage and performance (e.g., API calls, Dataverse utilization)
- Use tools like the Center of Excellence Starter Kit for platform insights
- Automate operational tasks and improve efficiency
- Perform administrative duties (e.g., environment setup, license assignments)
- Liaise with Microsoft Support when necessary
