A mi követelményeink

• At least 5 years hands-on experience in commercial software development.
• Upper-intermediate English or better.
• Proficient in at least one of the following technologies .NET/Java/JavaScript/Go/Python etc., including corresponding stack.
• Practical experience with diverse technologies and business domains.
• Hands-on experience with service-oriented, serverless, microservices and\or event-based architecture design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (MS Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Proven track record of successful projects.
• Confident/intuitive understanding of SDLC and good practices.
• Comfortable with direct communication with clients.
• Background as team technical leader.
• Eager to take a lead, dealing comfortably with pressure of responsibility.
• Open/flexible mind, strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Ready to learn.

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Professional certification.
• Experience in requirements management and project planning.
• Confident knowledge of UML.

Napi feladatok

1. Active partnership with sales and project managers to estimate, design, develop and deliver solutions.
2. Continuous communication with domain experts and product owners to understand core business needs and goals to synthesize requirement and quality standards.
3. Design and pitch proposed solution to the management/peers/team/etc., advocate proposal during all stages of SDLC.
4. Hands-on involvement into development process, team supervision, project tracking.
5. Requirements change management.
6. Solutions and technology documentation management.
7. Leading detailed project design activities.
8. PoC Development.
9. Team mentoring and talents development.
10. Active involvement in architecture community, sharing expertise with peers and take part in establishing best practices across projects and technology departments.
