We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a driven and passionate Spa Manager to join our growing team on a full-time basis. As a key player in our expansion, you will oversee the daily operations of our spa, ensuring it runs smoothly while managing administrative functions and spearheading the development of all the department.
- In this pivotal role, you will lead and inspire our team, providing guidance and continuous oversight to maintain a high standard of service.
- Your responsibilities will include optimising work processes, supporting reception operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience that upholds our commitment to quality.
- To thrive in this position, we seek an individual with a strong background in operation, business development, strategic planning combined with a dedication to delivering outstanding customer care.
- Your keen eye for detail will be instrumental in supervising the cleaning staff, overseeing household maintenance and coordinating the efforts of our front office team.

Requirements
- Min. 5 years of management experience in hospitality/spa/hotel.
- Advanced English skills is a must
- Flexible working hours (also on weekends and in the evening)
- Great communication with clients
- Ability to manage, leadership skills
- Creative mindset and a drive to implement long term goals
- Spa / Hotel / Beauty / Restaurant / with a high end brand and service experience is a big plus and advantage
- User-level computer skills
- Well-groomed, friendly, willing and guest-oriented performance
- Energetic personality and team spirit
