Responsibilities
As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Performing professional massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness services.
• Advising guests on appropriate treatments based on their needs and preferences.
• Maintaining and caring for the spa equipment and treatment areas.
• Ensuring hygiene standards and regulations are followed throughout the spa area.
• Guaranteeing high-quality service and positive guest reviews.
• Participating in regular training to further develop professional knowledge and treatment techniques.
• Selling spa products and treatment packages.
• Assisting in the organization and planning of spa events and activities.
Requirements
As a Spa Therapist, we expect from you:
• Completed training as a Spa or Wellness Therapist or a comparable qualification in the wellness field.
• Experience in performing massages, facials, and body treatments.
• Excellent knowledge of skincare products and their application.
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• High level of responsibility and team spirit.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Interest in personal development and regular training.

The collective minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €2.178,00. There is a willingness to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and work experience.
