Pozíció / projekt rövid leírása
Amelco is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Support Analyst.
In this role, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing support for all phases and teams in the development lifecycle with a main focus on production systems. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Your primary responsibility will be to become an expert on the Amelco product and architecture, diagnosing issues and proposing effective solutions.
As far as career progression, many of our Support Analysts have gone on to larger roles within the company, such as DevOps, Project Manager, and Senior Management.

- Manage and adhere to customer SLA’s striving to achieve the highest level of system availability
- Proactively monitor live systems using tools to assess the health and availability of services, respond to and resolve issues therefore minimising the impact on production systems
- Troubleshoot priority issues
- Collaborate with various tech teams to fulfil business needs
- Support the end-to-end delivery process from requirements scoping through to design and then creating, testing and releasing the application/functionality
- Work with stakeholders to deploy and implement product solutions
