Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues of Magic Wall
- Install hardware and operating systems for Magic Wall servers
- Install and maintain screens on-site, including fixed installations and temporary exhibitions
- Diagnose and replace faulty screens at client sites
- Install, configure, and maintain Magic Wall and operating system software and updates
- Respond to customer service requests, diagnose and resolve software issues remotely, and travel on-site if needed for hardware issues
- Upload content provided by customers into our CMS
- Document technical procedures and system configurations
- Provide training to end-users on hardware and software usage
- Provide technical support for office desktop systems and networks
- For Magic Wall rentals: install, supervise, and dismantle the Magic Wall
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and implement solutions
- Document and administer IT events in the company’s systems
- Provide IT related customer service tasks for clients
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of IT experience, including desktop/laptop and network support
- Experience with mainstream Intel and AMD hardware platforms; ability to install and configure desktops
- Familiarity with the structure of DID video walls
- Experience in DID video wall installation and maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- High level of English proficiency (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field is a must

- Compensation: Competitive salary consisting of a base salary and performance-based bonuses. Bonus depends on achieving set goals and the company’s overall performance.
