Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews to assess fit and skills.
- Collaborate with leadership on HR strategies.
- Support initiatives to improve organizational culture.
Requirements
- Strong recruitment and sourcing knowledge.
- 2-3 years of experience in similar positions (BPO experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English.
- Organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with MS Office and HR software.
