Responsibilities
Job Summary:
This individual will be responsible for building the project from scratch, overseeing facility setup, equipment procurement, team recruitment, and production launch. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing, process optimization, and project management.
- Lead the setup of the manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with industry regulations;
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment;
- Monitor and improve production efficiency, waste management, and cost control;
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards;
- Work closely with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary certifications and approvals;
- Recruit and manage a team of engineers, operators, and support staff;
- Develop and enforce workplace safety and environmental policies;
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- English knowledge;
- Proven experience in manufacturing project management;
- Strong knowledge of engineering, machinery setup, and quality control standards;
- Experience in team leadership, budgeting, and operational planning;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills;
- Engineering, Industrial Management, or related degree is preferred;
