- Proven experience as a technical Customer Service Representative or IT Helpdesk
- Solid knowledge of computer systems and networks
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills and fluent in Italian AND/OR French
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

Napi feladatok
- You will diagnose and resolve technical issues (e.g.: software, network or system)
- You will provide a resolution to support requests.
- You will implement system upgrades.
- Work with our different teams and monitor the IT environment of the dentist’s practices.
- You will offer technical advice and recommendations tailored to dentist practice requirements.
- You will provide training to users
- You’ll be a feedback channel for our customers and your ideas and input help us improve our products and processes.
