Technical Skills:
- Software Testing Fundamentals:
- Solid understanding of fundamental principles and methods of software testing (Test types, Test design techniques)
- Comprehensive understanding of the testing process, from planning to execution and reporting
- Experience in creating and documenting test cases and test suites.
- Test Automation
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, UFT, Cucumber).
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Foundations of Artificial Intelligence:
- Understanding basic principles of AI, particularly machine learning
- Ability to formulate, analyze, and optimize prompts for AI models (prompt engineering) like ChatGPT in testing solutions
- Basic experience with requesting APIs is a plus
- Testing Tools:
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA/Xray).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Soft Skills:
- Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical approach to identifying and resolving testing and automation issues.
- Communication Skills: Clear and precise communication of test results and challenges to team members and stakeholders.
- Teamwork: Collaboration in agile teams, willingness to share knowledge, and learn from others.
Required Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in test automation and software quality assurance.
- Solid knowledge of software testing fundamentals and methodologies.
- Practical experience with test automation and AI tools or projects involving prompt engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB).
- Practical experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience working with international teams.
