Responsibilities
- Support to the customers of ARRI Rental in all aspects of logistics and fleet management and associated activities being handled by the company.
- Oversee and managing all vehicle maintenance and cleanliness and cosmetic appearances to ensure the entire fleet is well-maintained, clean and supportive of the ARRI Brand name.
- Conducting a detailed Inspecting all vehicles when that are deployed for filming support purposes on projects.
- Administration of fuel cards and preparation of regular reports
- Organization and administration of Custom & ATA Carnet clearances
- To arrange spare parts as necessary and raise purchase orders
- Schedule and administrate Intercompany transports across territories in an efficient and collaborative manner with other ARRI Branches.
- Organization and daily management of drivers, generator operators for the company vehicles.
- Organization and administration of Courier services (DHL, FED EX, TNT, UPS)
- Managing the efficient export and import clearing p[procedures, permits and associated fees processes to ensure smooth logistics for the company
- A good knowledge of general customs processes including ATA Carnet, Temp import and third-party imports
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with precise and timely execution
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Great problem-solving skills and ability to execute information sharing
- Responsibility, reliability, loyalty, team player, friendly appearance
- Very good English language skills
- Basic level of Word, Excel, Emailing Systems and Meeting Management Systems (MS Teams, Zoom)
