Responsibilities
– Supervise, manage, and mentor a team of dedicated warehouse staff.
– Implement and develop inventory management strategies for maximum efficiency.
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
– Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows and distribution processes.
– Prepare daily reports.
– Conduct periodic inventories. (An advantage is that only pallet storage and handling occur, with no broken units.)
Requirements
– Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
– Experience in warehouse management.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools. Excel skills are essential.
– Conversational level English proficiency.
– Knowledge of handling dangerous goods (ADR, IMDG).
Nice-to-have
– A forklift license and experience are beneficial but not required.
