Responsibilities
- Provides support for end users working with company systems including troubleshooting incidents and handling user requests
- Manages user access rights and permissions for various systems, ensuring proper authorization and security
- Manages the procurement of IT hardware, e.g. PCs, laptops, mobile phones, tablets, handheld terminals, office and barcode printers, scanners, cabling, cameras etc.
- Provides local IT support for hardware-related issues and coordinate with local providers and vendors
- Supports external systems provided by the customers e.g. all web applications, scanning application etc.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or a related field
- Fluency in English and in Hungarian (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Windows OS
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases and Linux OS (Linux experience is a plus but not required)
- Familiarity with IT/IS equipment and troubleshooting
- Minimum secondary education
- Ability to work closely with a small team
- Good communication skills and ability to support end users
