Our company – acting in paint industry – is looking for a new colleague for finance department.
Job Description:
As a Finance and Tax Assistant, you will support the finance team with administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, invoice processing and document management. You will also assist with tax-related tasks, working closely with our external tax advisor to ensure smooth processes and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily bookkeeping and invoice processing
- Prepare and organize tax-related documents
- Communicate with the external tax advisor as needed
- Maintain accurate financial and tax records
Requirements
- Basic understanding of finance or accounting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel & SAP
- Intermediate level of active English
