About the Role
Helvetic Clinics is offering two openings:
- Patient coordinator for French & English market (full/part time)
- Patient coordinator for Chinese & English market (full/part time)
As a Patient Coordinator, you’ll be the key liaison between our patients and medical team, offering dedicated support in the listed languages. This role demands empathy, professionalism, and the ability to provide clear, confident guidance throughout the entire patient journey.
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted link between patients and clinicians, ensuring seamless communication
- Guide patients through every stage of their treatment plans with clarity and care
- Manage administrative tasks, present treatment plans, and respond to patient inquiries
- Monitor treatment progress and patient satisfaction
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives to support clinic growth
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English ; OR Chinese and English language
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Confidence in managing complex situations to deliver a premium patient experience
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Motivation to grow, learn, and embrace new challenges
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- A positive attitude and curiosity toward the dental field

- Additional language proficiency is a plus
