Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resource manager
- A fast growing packaging manufacturer on a global level is seeking a highly capable and experienced Human Resource Manager to develop our team in our manufacturing facility located in Budapest area.
- The ideal candidate will lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits and leave and enforcing company policies and practices.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, hire and train new staff.
- Oversee daily workflow of the department.
- Handle and manage performance evaluations.
- Handle discipline and termination of employees.
- Manage the talent acquisition process.
- Develop programs and initiatives that provide internal development and employees wellbeing.
- Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- Proven experience as a Human Resource manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational.
- English/ Hungarian languages mandatory.
