A mi követelményeink
- At least 3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, with broader HR experience being a plus.
- University degree in HR, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Hungarian are required; any additional languages are beneficial.
- Strong analytical capabilities with advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Familiarity with Mercer or similar compensation methodologies is a plus.
- Proactive and customer-oriented, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in advising managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines efficiently.

Napi feladatok
- Manage and assist with the Compensation and Variable Pay processes.
- Oversee the company's job evaluation process, ensuring alignment with the global job architecture.
- Participate in the budgeting process from an employee cost perspective.
- Provide expertise in compensation for recruitment, organizational changes, and promotional cases.
- Contribute to salary benchmarking and remuneration surveys.
- Handle compensation-related calculations and reporting, including labor costs, bonuses, benefits, and more.
- Support annual wage negotiations by providing relevant statistical data and benchmarking to HRBPs and unions.
- Develop, update, and advise on compensation policies and processes in collaboration with HRBPs and managers.
- Foster effective communication and cooperation on compensation matters across different regions and teams within HR.
