Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts receivable process, including creating and issuing invoices.
- Collaborate daily with internal and external partners.
- Support cash collection activities, oversee aging reports, send client reminders, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Create and manage orders, maintain accurate data forecasts, and ensure timely invoicing.
- Adapt to new challenges quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a finance-related role, preferably within an accounting department.
- Education in Business & Economics, with a focus on accounting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes.
- Proficiency in English (German is a plus but not required).
- Experience working in a multinational environment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and a team player.
- Ability to handle high workloads and meet deadlines.
