Feladatok
- Work with the store manager to establish and implement robust processes to identify key operations and support implementation across all operational topics.
- Implement, lead, and ensure compliance with global retail operating policies, processes, policies, and standards outside the store’s sales area, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world-class store operation and in-house setup.
- Implementation of relevant specific processes and projects of the retail store in close cooperation with stakeholders
- Adhere to global and local legal standards for all operational topics, inventory management, logistics, profit protection, facilities, health and safety, IT, finance and other business-related activities.
- Manage and lead additional retail priorities and workflows assigned by your line manager and relevant stakeholders to respond promptly to trends and opportunities.
- Regular work with financial and operational relationships to provide analysis and insights that inform actions that allow the store and local team to identify opportunities and share best practices for growth on a market and global scale.
- Become a role model and coach in creating and maintaining a positive consumer service culture, including proactively and consistently showcasing brand attitudes and values, a diversity and inclusion mindset.
Elvárások
- At least secondary education
- At least 2 years of work experience in sports/fashion, consumer and commercial focused retail environments.
- At least 1 year of personnel management experience, leading and managing multiple team members in a fast-paced, task-oriented environment
- Fluent in English (at least B2) and Hungarian
