During your daily work, you can expect the following tasks:
Join our team as a B2B Customer Service Representative, where you’ll manage your own portfolio of clients, handling inquiries primarily via email and inbound calls.
In this role, you’ll be the dedicated point of contact for your assigned customers, ensuring a seamless service experience. While call volume is low, you’ll be responsible for resolving complex issues related to contracts, password resets, collaboration processes, daily usage inquiries, and billing matters. Additionally, you’ll coordinate with other internal teams to provide comprehensive support.
Your expertise and attention to detail will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned B2B clients, handling inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
- Assist customers with contract-related matters, password resets, billing inquiries, and day-to-day service usage.
- Ensure all requests are processed accurately and within established deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues when needed to provide timely and effective solutions.
- Build a strong understanding of internal processes to resolve customer inquiries efficiently on the first contact.
You are an ideal candidate if:
- You speak Dutch fluently (C1 level) and English on at least a conversational level (B2 level)-
- You have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- You have the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- You have analytical thinking and a structured approach to solving problems.
