Responsibilities
Main tasks, duties as a House Manager:
- To be responsible for the management, maintenance and preservation of the property – building of the Embassy and the surrounding area;
- Regular inspection and repair of the technical inventory;
- Carrying out small repair works, arrange tenders for major repair works, monitoring and approving the performed repair works;
- Maintenance and submission of indicators of heating, electricity and water supply systems;
- Solving communal and administrative-economic issues with the relevant municipal and service providers;
- Participation in preparation of receiving guests.
Main tasks, duties as a Driver:
- Carrying out the transportation of the Ambassador, employees and incoming delegations;
- Carrying out courier duties;
- Carrying out official administrative issues with the local authorities;
- Regular check-up, maintenance and cleaning of the official vehicles and arrangements of repairs;
- Carrying out the purchases.
Requirements
- Clean criminal record;
- A good command of Hungarian and English (written and oral);
- Previous driving work experience and good driving knowledge of Budapest;
- Ability to use GPS and live traffic navigation applications;
- Be well presented;
- Have a flexible and adaptable personality;
- Can manage a varied and changeable work schedule.
