- University or college degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role, but Fresh Graduates are also welcomed to the position!
- Fluent French and English
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Experience with SAP and/or Power BI is a plus
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to change

- Proactively monitor and collect outstanding receivables via email and phone
- Send aging reports and related documentation to customers
- Communicate payment details to the Cash Application team
- Escalate overdue payments through the defined process
- Provide accurate forecasts and root-cause analysis reports
- Investigate and resolve invoicing issues in collaboration with internal departments
- Maintain and update Credit Block Reports to support order release
- Apply unapplied cash accurately
- Ensure SLA compliance in all collection and account management activities
