Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Preparation of invoices, outgoing invoices and related administrative tasks;
- Reviewing subcontractor invoices;
- Processing and managing invoices and managing the invoicing process;
- Entering invoices to our accounting system
- Preparing monthly reports
- General ledger reconciliations;
- Other administrative tasks related to finance (maintaining up-to-date and accurate Excel spreadsheets, monitoring, reconciliation, statistics);
- Use of internet banking
- Work independently
- Liaise with other departments, provide data. Work closely with our financial center in South Africa and our local accounting and auditing firms in Hungary
- Active participation in month end closing
Requirements
Requirements
- English & Hungarian language skills;
- At least secondary education;
- At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in finance
- At least 2 years’ experience in a financial services company;
- Accurate and precise work with problem solving skills.
