Responsibilities
If you always wanted to take part in a hotel opening we are looking for you!
- Leading the Front Office team
- Handling of check-in and check-out
- Handling of any guest requests and issues
- Be knowledgeable of Front Office systems
- Handover documentation in the log book
- Coordinating and checking the daily procedures
- Keeping good relation between other departments
- Balancing all cash registers and reporting discrepancies
- Communicating with other departments
- Checking the monthly commissions of different OTAs
- Supervise and coordinate daily apartment operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.
- Review and optimize operational procedures to improve efficiency and guest service
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English and Hungarian language
- 4* or 5* Hotel experience
- 3+ years of Front Office operation
- Sabe App knowledge is an advantage
