Feladatok
- Coordinate the accurate and timely completion of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) for various investment products (equity, fixed income, multi-asset, alternatives).
- Build strong partnerships with product teams to gain deep insights into investment strategies.
- Take ownership of assigned client requests and ensure delivery within deadlines.
- Serve as a key contact for sales and client service teams requesting DDQs and RFIs.
- Collaborate with RFP team members to maintain consistency and high quality in all client communications.
- Embrace process improvement, automation, and technological advancements in RFP operations.
- Stay informed about market trends and reflect that knowledge in RFP writing.
Elvárások
- Ongoing studies in Economics, Finance, or a related field are required
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
- 1,5-2 years already completed at the university, have at least 1 or 1,5 years more
- Proactive and outgoing attitude, able to multitask, team player
- Strong communication skills
- An understanding of financial markets and interest in the investment industry is required
- A professional, motivated individual who demonstrates drive and enthusiasm. Willing to learn, work with feedback, innovate, and improve
- Good organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage own priorities and meet hard deadlines.
