Must have:

• 6 (3) + years of full-stack software development experience, building business-critical applications across back-end and front-end technologies
• Strong grasp of object-oriented principles (OOP) and design patterns
• Proficient in modern front-end frameworks
• Extensive experience in relational database management, including schema design, query optimization, data migrations, and high availability & disaster recovery strategies, or an equivalent level of experience with NoSQL databases and NoSQL query languages
• Skilled in cloud infrastructure (IaaS and PaaS), with a track record of building and explaining scalable, cloud-based systems
• Commitment to clean, maintainable, and well-tested code (ideally with Jest)
• Curious and quick to learn; excited to explore new tools, frameworks, and technologies
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Fluent in English and Hungarian, with excellent communication skills

Nice to have:

• Python / Kotlin / Java / React

In this full-stack role, you’ll use technologies like Python, Kotlin, and React to design, build, and maintain secure, reliable services. You’ll take ownership of complex projects from design to deployment, collaborating with experienced engineers to shape architecture, boost performance, and streamline development workflows.

You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping the direction of our platform, implementing engineering best practices, and mentoring others through code reviews and technical discussions. We value clean, testable code; scalable systems; and a continuous improvement mindset toward both technology and team collaboration.

This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work from home and the expectation to be on-site at least one day per week.
