Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of warehousing and distribution to ensure high efficiency and smooth logistics fulfillment. Develop strategic plans, budgets, and cost control measures to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency. Maintain strong coordination with internal departments and external partners, while driving technological innovation to improve service levels. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity.

Job Description
1.Overall management of warehousing and distribution business: responsible for the daily operation and management of warehouse and fulfilment of logistics and distribution to ensure high efficiency.
2.Formulate plans and strategies: according to the company’s strategic objectives, formulate development plans, budgets and cost control strategies for the warehouse and distribution business, optimal the warehouse and distribution process and improve operational efficiency.
3.Coordination and communication: Maintain close communication with internal departments (e.g. procurement, etc.) and external suppliers and logistics companies.
4.Technological innovation and optimization: pay attention to industry dynamics, introduce new technologies and processes, continuously improve the warehousing and distribution business model, and improve product quality and service level.
5. Risk manaeent: Identify and assess the potential risks of warehousing and distribution business, formulate countermeasures to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Requirements
1.The working languages are fluent Hungarian and English, Chinese is a plus, long-term work in Budapest, Hungary is considered, with extensive experience in warehouse fulfilment processes;
2. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in warehouse layout, inventory management, logistics and distribution and other business processes, proficient in logistics management software and system operation;
3. Strong cross-sector coordination ability, team management experience is preferred;
4. Strong communication skills, strong decision-making ability;
5. The abilityto handle emergencies specific to the Hungary work setting.
